A single constant-velocity joint can be used to always keep the speed constant even when changing the angle. Products in this category are available in several varieties to match different operating environments. For example, there are covered models that prevent contaminants from entering bearings, products that have been fully hardened to improve fatigue strength, and pre-greased needle bearings designed to withstand high-speed use. · Comprises 2 standard joints and joint slide (GXS, GXA).
· Joint and join slide are set with spring pin.
· When shaft machining (keyway, tapping hole, etc.), after making the mating mark, remove the spring pin, and release the joint and joint slide.
· After machining, be sure to set back to the original position according to mating mark. (HJ-GX uses a joint pin instead of a spring pin.)
· When setting, please ensure symmetry of left / right joint assembly E yoke and F yoke.
· Please note, if set incorrectly, output wheel speed will become uneven.
