Photoelectric sensors and fiber optic sensors are devices that use various properties of light to detect changes in the amount of light reflected or blocked by the detected object. The sensor body needs to be used together with a wide array of other parts and devices such as a sensor bracket (reflecting mirror), reflector and sensor controller (PLC).
