Question: Do you offer silicone grease for Bearings?: Answer: No
Question: What is the material of ball retainer for small stainless bearings?: Answer: SUS304
Question: Is preload applied in Radial Bearing double roll standard precision grade?: Answer: Preload is applied. However, since the class 0 combination angular bearing has a clearance setting, it is difficult to adjust the preload, and it is necessary to set the preload with the spacer or spring.
Therefore, in case deflection accuracy or high accuracy is not required, please select Angular contact bearings/ double row/ standard precision grade to reduce clearance.
If accuracy and rigidity are required, please select the Angular Contact Ball Bearing/Single/Double Row Combination that is high precision grade and satisfied operating condition.
Question: Will the inner ring of the Needle roller thrust bearings fall off during vertical use?: Answer: Since the inner ring is not fixed, it will fall off when used vertically.
Please modify the shaft with steps and fix it on the outer ring side before use.
Question: If thrust washer on one side of the Needle roller thrust bearing removed, is it still applicable to use as roller?: Answer: It is not applicable.
Without thrust washer at both side, load will not be transferred and may result in malfunction.
