Filler Gauges(Thickness:0.01 ±0.003)
A feeler gauge is a thin plate-like tool that can be inserted into a gap to measure dimensions. Metals such as stainless steel and steel are used as the material, and quenching may be applied in some cases. There are 2 types, one with a predetermined length and thickness, and the other be used by cutting necessary amount. Typical applications are assembly and adjustment of automobile engines and internal combustion engines, adjustment of height and clearance when installing equipment, and many of them are characterized by excellent corrosion resistance. There are also products that can be used as shim tape by cutting a roll-shaped metal plate to an arbitrary length. Materials such as aluminum, brass, and copper are often used for roll-shaped feeler gauges, and there are many products with excellent heat and electric conductivity and easy to process.
