Milling Cutter Arbors（Spindle types：BT30）

A milling arbor is a tool holder that has the function of an adapter for mounting a face mill or side cutter, etc. used in a machining center or milling machine. There are three types of shanks: straight shanks for mounting on the collet holder, NT shanks for mounting directly on the main spindle of a general-purpose milling machine, and BT shanks or HSK standard for mounting on NC or machining centers, etc. Select the shank according to the standard and size of the processing machine. In addition, it is necessary to check the size and standard of the cutter and pilot to be attached, because milling arbors of JIS standard are versatile, but care must be taken because there are dedicated cutter-specific products.
