Incubators and Dryers(Temperature Range:0 – +50)
An incubator / dryer is a device that has a function for maintaining a constant temperature or a device that dries objects. The temperature chamber is used for the resistance verification test of electronic parts and the temperature characteristic tests such as R&D, quality control, etc. There are forced convection methods and natural convection methods and with the forced convection method, the temperature is kept constant by stirring the inside of the tank with a fan. For objects that dislike wind, such as powders, use a natural convection type temperature chamber. There is also a water tank incubator that keeps the temperature of water as well as air constant. Dryers are used for drying laboratory equipment and materials, and for moisture analysis of foods. Vacuum dryers which use the principle that water evaporates at 100°C or less in environments with low atmospheric pressure can remove moisture without raising the temperature, and since the oxygen concentration is low making surface oxidation difficult even when heat is applied, it is suitable for dry materials that are sensitive to heat and oxidation.
