- Features
- A small-size, high-power, low-cogging, low-vibration, and low-noise DC brushless motor equipped with a newly designed magnetic circuit (PAT) enables stirring without impairing the environment of a laboratory. A speed feedback system always responds to changes in load during stirring and keeps the set rotation rate. A current-limiting circuit is installed as a safety device as a matter of course and opening the chuck cover automatically stops the motor. With a forward and reverse rotation function, the direction of rotation can be switched with a touch of a button even during stirring. A control knob with a switch is used for turning on and off and setting the rotation rate, which is easy to use. A hand-fastening chuck which does not need a chuck handle, and a motor lock mechanism linked to the chuck cover enable one-handed operation. A collet is used for retaining the stirring shaft, which provides high retaining force, restrains shaft runout and is compatible with the forward and reverse rotation function (an optional collet can change the diameter of the stirring shaft).

[Features]

Free clamp mechanism: angle of the main body can be adjusted, allowing for easy position matching.
Tornado Specifications
· Utilizes a hand-tightened chuck that does not require a chuck handle, and allows for one-handed operation with a motor lock mechanism linked with the chuck cover.
· The stirring shaft is supported by a collet system, providing excellent holding strength and suppressing shaft vibration, and forward/reverse operation is supported (stirring shaft diameter can also be changed with optional collet); SMT type (type with timer) features.
· The timer function comes standard, and setting the time (in 1 minute increments, max. 99 hours 59 minutes) allows for automatic start and stop.
· The timer function is also linked with the forward/reverse function, so setting the reverse time and total timer operation time allows for automatic reverse. PM type (high output type) features.
· Equipped with a high-output 50 W motor in a body the same size as the SM series, achieving a high level of powerful torque.
