· The main unit is lapped and polished special tool steel (hardened).

· Indication accuracy of main bubble tube is whole range: ±0.5 graduation or less, adjacent accuracy: 0.2 graduation or less.
· Right angles formed by the base and side surfaces: 0.015 mm/m or less.
· Parallelism of V-groove surface and V-groove: within 0.5 graduations, parallelism of bottom surface and upper surface: within 0.5 graduations, flatness of bottom surface and side surface: within 0.003 mm.
